Guidelines 

Prior to Appointments

𝗪𝗘 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗕𝗘 𝗗𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥 𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗦. 

COVID symptoms questions will be asked 

On reminder call if COVID symptoms we will rearrange appointment for 2 weeks time, moving deposit
All staff have barbicidle sterilisation certificate
All staff will have PPE per client
Screens and sterilisation in place

During Appointments

Attend the appointment at the time booked 

You 𝗖𝗔𝗡 wait outside of the salon

If a staff member is running late we will try to call you 

Sanitising hands is required on entry 

Gloves provided on entering the salon

Temperature taken upon entry

There will be a 𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗪𝗔𝗬 system only clearly marked.

𝗡𝗢 cigarettes/E-Cig during an appointment

Please keep movement around salon to minimum

We cannot provide refreshments 

We cannot provide magazines

Extras

  • Monday's available, 1 to 1 for vulnerable on request
  • Deposits will be required for the foreseeable
  • P𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱
  • Reopening will probably have teething problems.
  • All procedures are to keep clients and staff safe
